A 19th-century Catalan farmhouse dedicated to wine and agriculture, now recognized as a heritage site of Vilanova

With 25 bedrooms and 23 bathrooms, each room retains its original structural and ornamental features, the result of renovations that have respected the building's essence as much as possible.
Rustic elegance blends seamlessly with modern comfort, giving each space a unique and special character. The property is rented exclusively to a single group, with a minimum booking of 14 rooms, for individual or shared use.

Rooms with direct access
to the garden (Ground floor)

We have 10 rooms on the ground floor, all with direct access to the garden, pool, and terrace area. They are equipped with heating and air conditioning.

Rooms 1 to 3: Suites with a double bed and private bathroom.
Rooms 4 and 5: Double rooms with twin beds and a shared bathroom.
All other rooms: Double rooms with twin beds and a private bathroom.

All rooms are spacious, allowing for separate beds or the addition of extra beds or cribs if needed.

Thanks to their direct access to the outdoors, these rooms are especially convenient for families with children or for people with reduced mobility.

Main house · First floor

The first floor of the main house is divided into two areas that formerly housed separate family apartments.

This floor contains 10 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning:

9 double bedrooms
1 single bedroom

It also features a welcoming dining room with a living area, perfect for gatherings.

Main house · Second floor

The second floor houses rooms 22 to 26, all of which are double rooms with single beds that can be arranged as needed.

Rooms 24 and 25 share a bathroom.
All other rooms have private bathrooms.

This floor also features the Arch Room, a charming historic space, perfect as a common area or for special events.

BOOK YOUR STAY

The house is rented exclusively to a single group and can be adapted to the number of guests and their needs. You’ll have the entire villa to yourself and your group. The minimum booking is 14 rooms.
