1. Introduction
Turismon and its website www.turismon.net are owned and operated by TURISMON TRAVEL S.L NIF: B-55233589 Any purchase through this website will constitute a contract of sale between you (as a user) and us. Said contract will be governed by these Terms and Conditions.
2. How to purchase an experience?
To place an order on our website, follow the instructions below:
1. Select the experiences you wish to enjoy.
2. Choose the day, time and number of people who will carry out the activity/trip.
3. Make your reservation by following the steps indicated through our web form.
4. Review the order details and payment method.
5. Make the payment through our virtual platform.
6. Print the voucher that you must give us at the place and day of the activity.
3. General purchase conditions
We advise you to read the General Purchase Conditions carefully before placing an order on our website.
3.1 When do these general purchase conditions apply?
These General Purchase Conditions apply to all experiences and trips purchased on our website or any other purchase method. You must express your agreement with these General Purchase Conditions when placing an order.
3.2 Requirements to sign a contract with Turismon
The minimum age to purchase experiences through our website is 18 years old. You guarantee that the information provided to Turismon when booking and contracting any experience is true, accurate and complete.
3.3 Our right to not accept the reservation
Turismon reserves the right not to accept your request for any of the following reasons:
1. The product shown on the website is no longer available or has undergone significant changes and does not fit the current offer.
2. Maximum number of people per visit/experience/trip reached.
3. The billing and payment information is not correct or verifiable.
4. The agreed payment has not been made.
3.4 Reservation of ownership
Experiences can only be carried out once the full amount or stipulated deposit has been paid. The buyer will have full ownership of the purchased product once the purchase has been completed by cash payment. At the time of booking, the details of the person making the reservation will be provided, which is personal and non-transferable.
3.5 Product maintenance
All our experiences are regularly updated on our website, although small variations may occur due to various technical reasons. Turismon will inform you of this and will not be responsible for the data or omissions of any condition and term contained on the page, which cannot be considered an offer or promise of sale.
4. Prices and currencies
The prices of the products on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT). For those products that require the tourist tax, they will be specified separately. Turismon reserves the right to change the price of any product at any time without affecting previous orders. The prices of the products on the website are in euros (EUR). Conversion rates may occur.
5. Payment methods
On our website you can pay for your orders by credit or debit card securely through our virtual POS. For experiences or trips that allow it, you can pay for them in cash at the destination 15 minutes before the start of the activity. In this last case, it will also be necessary to make a reservation in advance, taking into account the requirements of the same to secure your place.
6. Refund and cancellation policy
The suspension of the experience or activity is considered a cancellation, and the amount will not be refunded if it is due to inclement weather, natural disasters, closure of Spanish airspace or other causes of force majeure not attributable to the organizer.
Once you have acquired your experience, you can choose to cancel or exchange it as long as you communicate this within the maximum period of 7 days prior to the start of the same activity. The cancellation will be communicated through our email info@turismon.net. In this case, Turismon offers the possibility of returning the amount paid to date or exchanging your voucher for the same activity or another of the same monetary value on other dates with availability.ad and after consulting the Organizer.
Once we have accepted the cancellation by exchange, you will receive in the email provided in the reservation, a discount code for the same value of the amount paid. To enjoy the new activity, a maximum period of 3 months is established after receiving the code via email. In the event that there are no places available uninterruptedly during these 3 months, we would consider the possibility of extending this period up to a maximum of 6 more months.
Turismon reserves the right to cancel those activities that require a minimum quota of people not reached before, offering the possibility of carrying out the activity by paying the difference up to the minimum monetary amount required. In any case, we will contact you to inform you properly and with the intended advance notice of 48 hours prior to the start of the activity.
Those people who – without prior notice – do not attend the place, day and time established for the contracted activity, will lose the entire amount paid and the possibility of carrying out the activity on other dates.
7. Modification of terms and conditions
Turismon reserves the right, at its own discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The use of this Website, as well as any sales contract concluded between You and Turismon, will be subject to the version of the Terms and Conditions of Turismon in force at the time of placing the purchase order through this website on the day you browsed it.
Check these Terms and Conditions periodically to be informed of such changes.
