CONDITIONS
By accepting the quote, 60% of the total reservation will be paid.
10 days before departure, the remaining 40% of the total reservation will be paid.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The RESERVATION of dates and services is not effective until the specified proof of payment is received
b. Failure to comply with the CONFIRMATION of dates and services will result in the cancellation of the RESERVATION and the non-refund of its amount as damages.
Below we explain the cases of refund or non-refund of charges depending on the casuistry of each case. We emphasize that the initial predisposition to any unforeseen event, on both sides, will be totally oriented to resolve the conflict through any available tool, whether postponements, discounts, compensations… and with the aim of always generating the best possible experience for the client and therefore not reaching the cancellation of the service.
Cases in which the refund of charges will be fully paid by the client:
y. After reservation or confirmation; death of a family member.
ii. By decision of the captain due to the impossibility of setting sail and/or performing the service as contracted. includes
adverse weather conditions or mechanical failures.
d. Cases in which the refund will not be fully paid or will not be given:
y. If the client cancels his/her service or does not show up without fulfilling any of the previous conditions.
ii. If the client decides at the last moment not to perform the service due to his/her own objections that do not prevent navigation or correct performance of the contracted service. example; clouds.
iii. In the event of cancellation of the service by the client after having made the reservation effective, without fulfilling any of the two points described in the previous section
1. If the cancellation is made at least 6 weeks before the client will receive 50% of the reservation, losing the remaining 50% as damages to the activity.
2. If cancellation is made after 6 weeks, the reservation entered will not be refunded, as damages to the activity will be covered.
