Since 2007, at Turismon & GIGS Girona we have been promoting quality, sustainable and respectful tourism, boosting local tourism activity. Our mission is to highlight the importance of responsible tourism, highlighting the identity of each place.

With a deep passion for the territory, we offer a unique cultural immersion through traditions and gastronomic, architectural and natural heritage. As an Incoming Travel Agency and Official Guides accredited by the Generalitat de Catalunya, we show the landscapes and fairy-tale villages with Romanesque and medieval heritage, providing experiences that highlight the cultural and historical richness of each destination.

Pol Fages Ramió

Pol Fages Ramió is a tourism expert with extensive experience in developing tourism products and consulting for companies and destinations. With a passion for creating unique and sustainable experiences, Pol has led numerous projects that promote responsible tourism and local development. His innovative vision and commitment to excellence have made Pol Fages Ramió a key figure in the tourism sector.

At Turismon.net, he brings his expertise and dedication to helping clients achieve their goals and discover the best of each destination.

Under the premise that “Life is made of moments and the small moments are the ones we remember” he leads a team to “Make clients happy” and “Work WITH them and not FOR them”. He likes to discover places in the territory, share them with his clients and above all take care of all the details that they do not see, but that end up being very important.

He speaks fluent Catalan, Spanish, English, French.

Since 2019 he has been President of the Palamós Chamber of Commerce and President of the Tourism Committee of the General Council of Chambers of Catalonia.

Since 2019 he has been an Associate Professor at the University of Girona and teaches the subjects: Creation of Itineraries and Tourist Guides, Customer Management, Economics and Business. He is part of the INSETUR Institute and the Multidisciplinary Laboratory Research Group for Tourism Research.
