Plazo de entrega

El plazo de entrega habitual de SPS suele oscilar entre 24 y 48 horas, contados desde que el pedido sale de nuestro almacén. Para Islas y Europa, 4 a 6 días hábiles, desde que el pedido sale de nuestro almacén.

Devoluciones

Si ha comprado un producto que no le gusta o no es su talla puede solicitar el cambio por otro o bien el reembolso del dinero del producto. En ambos casos los gastos de envío correrán a cuenta del cliente.

Producto incorrecto

Si el producto entregado no coincide con el solicitado en el pedido debe comunicarlo a la mayor brevedad a SPS. Hágalo mediante la sección de contacto de nuestra web y tramitaremos su incidencia de inmediato. Los gastos de envío correrán a cuenta de SPS.
