The winner will be awarded a grand prize of <strong>$250,000 in cash<\/strong> and a <strong>Wilson Staff<\/strong> <strong>driver<\/strong> inspired by their concept hitting retail stores worldwide just after the show has aired.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/vplayer.golfchannel.com\/p\/BxmELC\/gc_embedplayer\/select\/media\/gzpKRQTRe1op\" width=\"640\" height=\"394\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\">Your browser does not support iframes.<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Fourteen finalists present their innovative driver concepts with the hopes of ultimately becoming Wilson Golf\u2019s next world-class driver. This follows the launch of the<br \/>\n<strong>Wilson Staff Triton<\/strong>, designed by <strong>Eric Sillies<\/strong>, an industrial design graduate from the University of Cincinnati, who was crowned the winner of <strong>Driver vs. Driver<\/strong>\u2019s Series One in 2016.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/mDgPe8V1tNc?rel=0\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The viewers have a familiar face on the judging panel this time around. <strong>Rick Shiels<\/strong>, a PGA Professional, expert golf equipment reviewer and online golf personality who has nearly 400,000 subscribers and more than 120 million views on his YouTube Channel, joins Wilson Golf President <strong>Tim Clarke<\/strong> and NHL Legend and Avid Golfer <strong>Jeremy Roenick<\/strong> in the hotseats.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cI\u2019ve loved every minute of working with Wilson Golf and the Golf Channel on Driver vs Driver 2,\u201d<\/em> said <strong>Rick Shiels<\/strong>, who uses the <strong>Wilson Staff FG Tour V6 irons<\/strong> away from the camera.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cBeing a judge on a show like this was a great opportunity for me as equipment design is something I\u2019m really passionate about. I\u2019ve hit loads of shots during the filming process and it\u2019s been great hearing the thought processes behind the drivers from some very interesting characters.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cI hope that sharing my ideas and philosophies with them has helped create a driver that will have a big impact on the market,\u201d<\/em> he added.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/QEVPP_rvh5o?rel=0\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The finalists\u2019 concepts will be field tested, critiqued and refined during the series by some of the game\u2019s best players on the <strong>PGA Tour<\/strong>. DRIVER FINALISTS:<\/strong>\u00a0The finalists, ages 22-81, are a diverse group from throughout the United States that range from inventors, engineers and product designers to college students, professional bowlers and poker players:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Chris Adams (32, Denver, Colo.)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0A consulting structural engineer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Juan Biancardi (41), Walter Lund (41, Miramar, Fla.) \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0Biancardi is an art director and graphic designer, and Walter Lund is a golf instructor and Biancardi\u2019s golf coach.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hank Boomershine (48), Victor Marion (34, Perry, Utah) \u2013<\/strong>Marion is a designer of bowling balls, and Boomershine is a former competitive bowler.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Jeremy Chell (42, Madison, Wis.) \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0A mechanical engineer for an aerospace company, Chell develops flight hardware for space vehicles traveling to and from the International Space Station.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Peter Dreyfuss (48, Naples, Fla.) \u2013 <\/strong>Peter Dreyfuss is an engineer who picked up the golf bug following great success as a competitive sailor with a national championship on his resume.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Scott Haack (48, Chardon, Ohio) \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0An inventor, entrepreneur, chiropractic physician and medical device and development professional who has more than 20 years in the medical professional field.<\/li>\n<li><strong>J.D.
