Here, at the home of golf, Murray explains why he has the ambition to one day play in Open qualifying.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mygolfway.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/AM_Eagle_On_18th.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-168992\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mygolfway.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/AM_Eagle_On_18th.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hundreds-wordpress-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com\/mygolfway\/uploads\/2025\/09\/AM_Eagle_On_18th.jpg 640w, https:\/\/hundreds-wordpress-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com\/mygolfway\/uploads\/2025\/09\/AM_Eagle_On_18th-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hosted by Callaway ambassador and Sky Sports broadcaster <strong>Inci Mehmet<\/strong>, the episode sees Andy tackle the famous 16th, 17th and 18th holes of the Old Course for the very first time. In a memorable finale, he sinks a long-range putt for an eagle on the par-4 18th, a fitting climax to an episode that showcases his growing passion for the game.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/BAmVjfk9ziM?si=oyvSLAH_T6yEK39T\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During their round, Inci draws out a more personal side to Andy, who reflects on life as a professional athlete and the sacrifices that took him to the pinnacle of tennis. Away from centre court, he explains how golf has become a new competitive outlet.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>\u201cMy target when I started was to try and get to scratch, so that\u2019s what I\u2019m working towards just now,\u201d<\/em> Murray told Mehmet. <em>\u201cI want to try and play more competitions. A few of my friends have done the pre-qualifying for The Open, none of them have got through to qualifying yet.
