\nNovember 8, 2022 –\u00a0<\/strong>The Rolex Challenge Tour Grand Final supported by The R&A<\/strong> will again take place at Club de Golf Alcanada<\/strong> when the Road to Mallorca<\/strong> finale returns to the Balearic island in 2023.<\/p>\n

The Alc\u00fadia venue hosted the end-of-season showpiece for the second time last week, after a successful staging in 2019, and the European Challenge Tour<\/strong> has selected the picturesque layout to take on hosting duties once again next year in the first of an extended four-year agreement with the Federaci\u00f3n Balear de Golf<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Club de Golf Alcanada<\/strong>, named after the nearby island which is home to the area\u2019s iconic lighthouse, was designed by legendary course architect Robert Trent Jones Jr<\/strong> and opened for play in 2003. Rated by many as the best golf course in Mallorca, Alcanada boasts world-class practice facilities and first-rate amenities, including the island\u2019s only Toptracer-equipped driving range.<\/p>\n

The Rolex Challenge Tour Grand Final sees the top 45 on the Road to Mallorca Rankings battle it out for one of 20 life-changing DP World Tour cards.<\/p>\n

Chris Atkinson<\/strong>, Championship Director of the Rolex Challenge Tour Grand Final, said: \u201cWe are delighted to announce The Rolex Challenge Tour Grand Final supported by The R&A will return to Club de Golf Alcanada next year.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cWe loved our first visit here in 2019 and we have enjoyed working alongside Kristoff Both and his team during this year\u2019s event, which was a great success.<\/em><\/p>\n
