Legal Advisory Committee
CCIES’s Legal Committee is made up of professionals of recognized prestige in the field of law and/or from some of our member firms, who contribute their experience and knowledge to help shape legal doctrine on new forms of public-private partnership.
Through its working sessions, held periodically in person, the Legal Committee analyzes highly topical legal issues and puts forward specific proposals on Public Procurement and Concessions — such as, for example, the recent enactment of the European Concessions Directive and its necessary transposition into the Spanish legal and regulatory framework, which opens up an opportunity to build a new model of relations between public service providers, across the different contracting regimes, and territorial and sectoral Administrations.
