SONJADE complies with the guidelines in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016 on the protection of data of natural persons, as well as other legislation in force at any time, and guarantees to ensure the proper use and processing of the user’s personal data. To this end, the personal information provided by the USER via the Web will be stored in the appropriate file of the company. These personal data will be processed with the utmost respect for privacy and confidentiality. This Regulation enables interested parties to exercise a series of rights allowing them to safeguard and protect in a real and effective manner their right to honour and personal and family privacy. To this end, the users of the Webpage may exercise rights of access, rectification, objection, erasure, limitation and portability according to the provisions set out in the current regulations concerning personal data protection. Finally, SONJADE complies with Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11th July on Information Society Services and E-Commerce, and will request your consent to process your e-mail address for marketing purposes at any time.

Access and usage of this portal confers “User” status and acceptance of the terms and conditions established here from the start of the access and usage.

www.alia-vox.com provides with access to a series of information, servies, products and data (hereafter “the content”) online which belong to SONJADE to which the USER might access. The USER assumes the responsability of the appropriate and correct usage of said content.

This responsibility is extended to the registry which might be necessary for access to certain products, information, services and/or contents. In said registry the USER is responsible for providing with information that is truthful and lawful.

The USER is also agrees to make appropriate use of the contents and services that SONJADE offers through its portal, agreeing not to use them to commit crimes, illegal activities, and in good faith and not attempting against the public order.

DATA PROTECTOIN

SONJADE follows all the directives and regulations of the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th of December Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal, the Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21st, through which the regulations of the law are enforced together with all other regulations concerning the proper usage of personal data of the USER. For this reason, all the personal data related to the USER will be included in the corresponding company file in the Registro de la Agencia de Protección de Datos (the Spanish data protection agency). Said data will be treated with high standards of confidentiality and privacy. You are hereby informed that in agreement with the Spanish 15/1999 of December 13th law, about Protection of personal data concedes the stakeholders certain rights that allow them to guarantee and exercise in an effective way their right to personal honor, and their personal and family privacy. To reach said goal, the users of the website are legitimized to exercise their rights of access, correction, cancellation and opposition covered by the legal regulation about personal data protection. In this regard, the USER must address a written and signed request to SONJADE, with headquarters at 11, Av. Bartomeu—Cerdanyola del Vallès (08193 Barcelona), VAT B-61645081, or preferably to the contact email address mercemampel@sonjade.com with the following information included: name and last name of the USER, a contact address, a photocopy of an identity card and the request. Lastly, SONJADE informs that it complies with the 34/2002 Spanish Law of 11th of July, of Services provided by la Sociedad de la Información y del Comercio Electrónico (LSSI – CE) and you will be asked for your consent for the use of your email with comercial purposes.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

SONJADE is the holder of all authorship rights, intellectual and industrial property in its website, and of the contents that can be found in it, with all rights reserved. In compliance with in articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Spanish intellectual property law it is expressly forbidden to copy, reproduce, disseminate, transmit, use, modify, sell, publish, distribute, including the ‘making available’ modality, or use them in any way or by any means with commercial purposes without the express authorization of SONJADE. The USER agrees to respect SONJADE’s copyrights.

EXCLUSION OF GUARANTEE AND RESPONSIBILITY

SONJADE is not responsible for the contents found in sites accessed through www.alia-vox.com

SONJADE is not responsible in any case or circumstance for the damages or harms of any nature that may be caused by the use and access to its website, including but not limited to: errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the portal, malware or viruses, having adopted all the necessary technological means to prevent them.

AMENMENDTS AND MODIFICATIONS OF THIS PRESENT CONDITIONS

SONJADE reserves the right to change without prior notice the present terms and conditions, having the agency to change, delete, or add the contents and services that are accessed through it and the way and manner in which those are presented. Contents and services will be valid until they are substituted for others properly published.

COOKIES

SONJADE is allowed to use cookies to personalize and ease the USER’s navigation of the portal. Cookies are associated only to an anonymous USER and their device and do not provide with information referenced to their personal data. The USER is permitted to configure their browser so it modifies or blocks cookies sent by SONJADE without that blocking the USER’s access to the contents.
