Shipping Costs

The prices on the website do not include shipping costs to the destination adress. These costs will be calculated based on the destination country of the order and will correspond to 20% of the order amount, with a minimum charge.

In Europe and North America, shipping is free for orders over €120.

For the rest of the world, shipping is free for orders over €200.

Taxes

The prices on the website include Spanish taxes, but the final price will depend on the recipient’s country. If the buyer is within the EU, the tax rate of the buyer’s country will apply. If the buyer is outside the European Union, Alia Vox will not charge any taxes, but customs in the buyer’s country may apply them.

Returns

As is common with most music distributors, the general policy is that the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrectly shipped: books, CDs, DVDs, videos, and, in general, any product that can be immediately reproduced or copied.

Defective items may be exchanged for another identical title.

Delivery Time

Orders are shipped from our distributor in Barcelona (Spain) every one to two business days via Zeleris for the Iberian Peninsula or DHL Express for the rest.

The shipping provider usually delivers the order to the recipient within approximately 48/72 hours.

Order Status

To check the status of your orders, first log in at the top of the menu. In the ORDERS section, click on the link and select the desired order. There, you can review all the details and the status of your order.

When the order is shipped, the status will change to Completed, and you will receive a notification by email.

Secure Payment

You can securely pay for your order using major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal through our protected payment system.
