Shipping Costs
The prices indicated do not include shipping costs. These will be calculated based on the destination country of the order and will represent 20% of the total order amount, with a minimum fixed amount.
For Europe and North America, shipping is free for orders over €120.
For the rest of the world, shipping is free for orders over €200.
To check the exact shipping costs, you need to register and log into your personal account.
Taxes
The prices indicated on the website are calculated using Spanish taxes, but the final price may vary depending on the destination country:
- If the buyer belongs to the European Union, the VAT of the buyer’s country will be applied.
- For buyers residing outside the EU, Alia Vox will not apply any tax, but customs authorities in the destination country may charge additional fees.

Returns
Like most music distributors, our standard policy specifies that the following items cannot be returned, except in cases of defects or incorrect shipping: books, CDs, DVDs, videos, or any product that could be immediately copied or reproduced.
In the case of defective items, they can only be exchanged for an identical replacement.

Delivery Time
Orders are shipped from our distributor in Barcelona (Spain) within one or two working days. For the Iberian Peninsula, shipments are made with Zeleris, while for all other destinations, we use DHL express service.
The estimated delivery time is approximately 48-72 hours, depending on the shipping method and destination.

Order Status
To check the status of your orders, first log into your personal account. Then go to the ORDERS section, click on the corresponding link, and select the desired order. You’ll find all the relevant information and be able to check its status.
When an order is shipped, its status will be updated to “completed,” and you’ll receive a notification via email.
Secure Payment
You can make your payment through a secure payment platform using major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal.
